Label Instructions

Applying our labels is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Applying our Sticky Labels

  1. Ensure that surface is clean, dry and oil free*
  2. Peel the labels off the sheet by folding them gently at the edge
  3. Stick the label to the desired item, pressing firmly on application and allow to rest for 24 hours before use

*The labels may not be effective on plastics that feel greasy, highly textured surfaces or plastics that contain high amounts of silicone

Applying our Stick-in Clothing Labels

  1. Ensure that the garment is clean and completely dry*
  2. Apply the label to the care tag of the clothing item and press down firmly
  3. Allow 24 hours before first wash for the adhesive to bond to the tag optimally

*This product should always be applied to a garment's care tag / size tag / brand tag. Not intended for direct-to-fabric use

Applying our Iron-on Clothing Labels

  1. Remove all water from the iron and set iron to the hottest cotton setting. No steam, the iron needs to be dry
  2. Cut the desired label out of the sheet along the clear margins (careful not to cut the label)
  3. Peel the backing off (to reveal the white back of the label) and place the label, text side up in the garment
  4. Use a home iron to heat the label onto the garment. Apply lots of PRESSURE for 10-20 seconds. Do this 3 times, more if necessary.*

*Ensure garment is clean and dry. Allow 24 hours before first wash.

Applying our Shoe Labels with clear shield

  1. Peel a clear rectangle "Shoe Shield" off the sheet and place over the color shoe label (the label with feet)
  2. Peel the newly laminated shoe sticker off the sheet
  3. Place the sticker in shoe near the arch of the foot and apply pressure.*

*Make sure the inside of the shoe is as clean and dry as possible. For best results allow to bond for 24 hours.

Pro tips to make sure your labels last!

The adhesives used on all our name labels are “pressure activated” and will only stick properly after sufficient pressure has been applied. Gently peel the label off the sheet without letting the labels fold. Once you have positioned the label, rub firmly, applying pressure over the whole label from one end to the other (avoids air getting trapped). Pay special attention to the corners and edges!
