Delivery/Shipping Policy
• All label product orders placed on this website are custom orders and are created to the specifications of the order confirmation or are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies.
The majority of our orders are printed and shipped within 48 hours after receipt of order and payment. On completion of your order and successful payment for it you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check this email and order confirmation and let us know (by mail) if there were any errors (missing numbers, or spelling mistakes etc.) made when placing the order or shipping address errors ASAP.
Please make sure to check in all your email folders, including SPAM as it may go there.
You will also receive a separate email with shipping and tracking information once we have printed your labels as well as another separate mail with tracking details confirming the shipper’s collection of your parcel.
*USPS business days are Monday-Friday (closed on weekends and holidays)
SchoolAndCampLabels.com is not responsible for delivery delays after your order leaves our office.
All delivery issues must be addressed within 30 days of the purchase date.
Any delivery issues caused by errors, typos, or incomplete addresses are not a mistake on our end and if lost or delivered wrongly, we will do our best to assist at an additional cost to you. So please triple-check your shipping address before placing the order.
Any order shipped with USPS is not refundable due to the COVID-19. These terms have been established by each carrier. We apologize if they do not comply with their own delivery estimates.
