Refund policy

All our products are custom made and made to order. They cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal customization.

Please carefully select your products and read the product description, dimensions, and suggested uses, also shown in the product pictures and previews. Please double check spelling, color selection, theme, size and use of the selected product in the cart as well as your order confirmation email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
No refunds will be issued on any orders completed and shipped, as we have no control of the package once it leaves our office. A slight difference in color or background between the website previews or photos of the products and end product cannot be accepted as a cause for refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues:
Faulty products and all mistakes on our part will be resolved at no cost to you. However, SchoolAndCampLabels.com must be notified of faulty products or spelling errors no later than 10 business days after delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
